Our History
OBS is the story of utelising the synergy of the amalgamation of different entities
working in the field of debt management and channelising the same in a streamlined
manner. Even though OBS was registered as a private limited company in the year
2017, the promotors of the company was in the field of debt restructuring and debt
management from 2014 onwards. They decided to put their expertise together and form
a full service debt management company. To be big and visible is the mantra in any
business. We are empanelled in almost all PSU and private banks, NBFCs, Co-operative
societies, government owned financial institutions, chits fund companies etc. the
client base is the result of years of focused hard work without a single complaint
being raised from the part of the institutions.
We are the trusted intermediaries between the financial institutions and their
customers at times of crisis in debt management. It is also our endeavor to get the
best out of the negotiations for either parties and arrive at an amicable settlement

Our Administration
One of the problems forced by a financial institution, is to secure the immovable
property attached for sale. It happens many a times that, the attached property is
vandalized by miscreants, burgled by anti social elements and defaced by interested
parties.
By doing so, the value of the attached property diminishes considerably and will not
fetch a desired return at the time of sale. OBS provides a professional force of
manpower, for the purpose of securing the assets
of the financial institutions. We have on our rolls people who have retired from the
armed forces who also supervise the whole operation. If the financial institution so
wishes, we also provide security cameras
and sensors, by which the asset is digitally protected and the movements recorded
from time to time. We also have unmanned security options, with digital surveillance
recording any developments in the secured asset.
